Aquafit is a fun, low-impact water fitness class that combines cardio, strength, and endurance exercises in the pool. The water's natural resistance helps build muscle and improve cardiovascular fitness while the buoyancy reduces stress on joints - making it a safe and effective workout for all fitness levels. Pool Pilates is a low-impact fitness class that brings traditional Pilates movements into the water. The natural resistance of the water helps to strengthen the core and improve balance, flexibility, and overall muscle tone. This class is a gentle but effective workout suitable for many fitness levels.

Recreational Programs are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable.
